By accessing and using RepReply, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

RepReply is a cloud-based service that helps businesses manage and respond to customer reviews using AI-powered response generation. The service integrates with Google Business Profile and other review platforms to collect, analyze, and generate responses to reviews automatically.

3. Account Registration

To use RepReply, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

4. Billing and Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Allow automatic recurring charges on your selected plan
• Pay applicable taxes and fees
• Follow our refund policy (detailed below)

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• All Plans: 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no further charges
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use RepReply for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Spam, phishing, or social engineering
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Accessing or using the service with automated tools or scripts
• Reverse engineering or attempting to breach our systems
• Generating false or misleading reviews or responses

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RepReply (including logos, text, and code) are owned by RepReply or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our permission. Generated responses remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RepReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from factors outside our control.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• Emailing us at support@repreply.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of monthly plans.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
